Wine production process: After pressing the must fermented at a temperature of 10°C- 12°C in order to retain the natural aroma of the grapes. It was bottled after a clarification and filtering period.

Characteristics: Pleasant floral aromas with a delicate fruity finish.

Serving suggestions: Serve at temperature of 10°C -12°C. Specially recommended with cold chicken, spicy dishes, soft cheeses and dried fruit.
