Varietal: 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
Growing region: Binyamina
Wine production process: After the grapes were separated from the clusters, the juice fermented with the skins for a week in order to achieve optimal extraction of color, flavors and aromatic substances. After crushing and the end of the fermentation process the wine was clarified and matured for six months in oak barrels.
Characteristics: Rich in raspberry, strawberry and oak aromas with a balanced, fruity flavor and a soft, round finish.
Serving suggestions: Best served at temperature of 18°C-20°C. Particularly suitable with quiches, pasta or with rich cheese dishes.
