Wine production process: After the grapes were
separated from the clusters, the juice fermented with the skins for ten days in
order to achieve optimal extraction of color, flavors and aromatic substances.
After pressing and the end of the fermentation process the wine underwent
clarification and matured in American oak barrels for a period of ten months.
Characteristics: Fresh red wild berries with vanilla and a whiff
of chocolate. Excellent full-bodied texture with a long-lingering finish.
Serving suggestions: Best served at temperature of 18°C-20°C.
Particularly suitable with beef dishes.
