Tempranillo

Varietal: 85% Tempranillo and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

Grape source: Tempranillo grapes are indigenous to Rioja, Spain.

Growing region: Gedera

Wine production process: After the grapes were separated from the clusters, the juice fermented with the skins for ten days in order to achieve optimal extraction of color, flavors and aromatic substances. After crushing and the end of the fermentation process the wine underwent clarification and matured in American oak barrels for a period of ten months.

Characteristics: Rich fruit aroma blended with a delicate American oak aroma with a hint of vanilla and tobacco.
Serving suggestions: Best served at temperature of 18°C-20°C. May be served slightly chilled in the summer months. Particularly suitable with poultry and roasted meat dishes.
