Tiltan Cabernet Sauvignon

Growing region: Section of a vineyard in the Upper Galilee that has been supplying these grapes for over a decade. The vines are situated on a well ventilated basaltic plateau and the grapes were carefully tended by the grower.

Wine production process: Two oak barrels of each vintage were combined to create the wine. In the winery`s new state-of-the-art barrel cellar, the 2001 vintage aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, the 2002 vintage for 10 months and the 2003 vintage for the shortest period – 2 months only. The wine was bottled in May 2004 and entered the market in November 2004. A limited number of 1800 bottles were produced.

Characteristics: Characteristic chocolate and coffee aromas.
